    Danielle is currently the Assistant Dean and Director of Online Field Education at The Catholic University of America National Catholic School of Social Service (NCSSS). She has been with Catholic University since 2015. In her role, she manages the administrative aspects of online field education, establishes new community partnerships locally, nationally and internationally, and coordinates the placement needs for students in the program.  Danielle is passionate about the unlimited possibilities in the field of social work.  She enjoys working with students in assisting them with understanding the dynamic social work profession, and sharing the importance of field education as the signature pedagogy. She currently teaches Diversity in a Multicultural Society and Field Seminar to students in their foundation year of the Online MSW Program.

    Prior to coming to Catholic University, she worked in Field Education as a Placement Coordinator in another university’s Virtual Academic Center and, has over 10 years’ experience in working in public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

    Her research interests include advancement of field education and policies and practices; human service management and leadership; global community partnerships and corporate social responsibility; social enterprise, economics, and entrepreneurship; and cultural humility, diversity and inclusion.

    She is especially excited about the continued growth and development of the Online MSW Program at NCSSS and is thoroughly committed to enhancing the program and school efforts.
