Frank Gaetani oversees the NCSSS Office of Field Education.  Frank oversees the development, coordination, and evaluation of field placements, ensuring students engage in meaningful, competency-based learning experiences that integrate classroom knowlege with professional practice.  He works closely with agency partners, faculty, and students to support high-quality supervision, strengthen community partnerships, and prepare emerging social workers for effective service across diverse social work settings.

Terri Miller

Administrative Assistant, MSW Program

Ms. Terri Miller serves as the Administrative Assistant at NCSSS.  Ms. Miller supports the day-to-day operations of the school by coordianting administrative processes, assisting faculty and staff, and providing front-line support to students.  Ms. Miller ensures the office runs efficiently while contributing to a welcoming and organized environment.

Margaret "Meg" Hannigan Dominguez, MSW, LICSW

Ford Scholars Program Field Liaison

Meg Hannigan Dominguez is the Field Liaison and coordinator of the NCSSS Ford Scholars Program.  In her role, Meg supports the professional development of MSW students committed to careers in homeless services, guiding them through field placements and mentoring them in building skills for effective practice.  Meg works closely with Ford Scholars, faculty, and community partners to strengthen the Ford Scholars Program and sustain partnerships with homeless service providers across the Washington, DC area.

Gretchen Gates, MSW, LICSW

Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training (BHWET) Project Coordinator

Gretchen Gates is the Project Coordinator for the HRSA BHWET Project.  In her role, Gretchen utilizes her expertise to gudie and train cohorts of MSW students to become trauma-informed practice scholars.  She provides additional project support through coalition-building with practicum partner agencies, informing curriculum development, and delivering training to faculty, staff and community members.
