Whether you are a BSW, MSW, or PhD student graduating this May, we are excited to celebrate you and your accomplishments.
Please see the schedule for commencement activities below, as well as other key information about graduation. Tickets are not required and family and friends are welcome to attend all events.
Friday May 1st, 2026
- NCSSS Scholarship Lunch, 11:30am, Shahan Hall
Thursday May 14th, 2026
- BSW Graduation Lunch, 12:00pm, Shahan Hall
- Doctoral Hooding Ceremony, 6:00pm, Heritage Hall
Friday May 15th, 2026
- Honors Convocation, 1:00pm, Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception
- Baccalaureate Mass, 4:00pm, Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception
- President's Reception, immediately following Mass, Pryzybyla Patio and West Lawn
- Masters Students Associaton (MSA) Event, 5:00pm, San Antonio Bar and Grill
Saturday May 16th, 2026
- 127th Annual Commencement Ceremony, Academic procession will begin at 9:30am, ceremony will begin at 10:00am, steps of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. Ceremony is outdoors.
- NCSSS Diploma Ceremony, immediately following commencement activities, Heritage Hall
- NCSSS Graduation Reception, immediately following diploma ceremony, Heritage Hall. Light refreshments will be served.
Cap and Gown
Regalia may be purchaed online through Oak Hall. Please visit https://oakhallcg.com/pages/catholic to order your cap and gown. Regalia is also available to purchase through the Cardinal Shop and Bookstore, located on the first floor of the Pryzbyla Center. The deadline for orders is Friday, April 24, 2026. Regalia is required for all graduates.
